This is a repost of a pattern that I wrote up a couple of years ago and posted on my old blog, Nikki’s Notebook. I’m putting it up here because I want all of the patterns I have written up to be in one place. I wrote this pattern for a beginning knitting class I was teaching through our local Community Education program. These fingerless mitts are the perfect project for the beginning knitter to learn on because they contain all of the basics and knit up quickly, giving the beginner a sense of satisfaction at having completed a project. If you are an experienced knitter you will only need to glance at the picture to be able to recreate these, but they are nice and simple for a beginner.
